Serves 4

1/2 can(s) Grace Pineapple slices

1 medium onion, cut in rings

1 pound(s) Grace Chicken Frankfurters

1 large green sweet pepper

2 tablespoon(s) Grace Prima Margarine

2 tablespoon(s) Grace Cock Soup Mix

1/4 cup(s) hot water

1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch

1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon(s) salt

2 tablespoon(s) Grace White Vinegar

1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce

Preparation

Cut Grace Pineapple Slices in chunks and reserve liquid. Chop onions, cut Grace Frankfurters in 1/2-1 cm round and sweet pepper in strips.

In a skillet, melt Grace Prima Margarine, saute onions and green pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

Dissolve Grace Cock Soup Mix in hot water and mix with cornstarch, brown sugar and salt. Add pineapple liquid, vinegar and soy sauce.

Pour over vegetables and stir until thickened. Add frankfurters and pineapple chunks, and heat through.

To Serve: Serve over hot steamed Grace Rice or hot riced yam.
