    1. 2-ingredient Chocolate Coco-Cola No Sugar Cake: The beauty of this recipe is that you really don't need to have kitchen skills to make it work. It honestly doesn't get much more simple than this yummy 2-ingredient cake. All you need is a box of chocolate cake mix and a can of Coca-Cola No Sugar. Then you preheat the oven to 350°F and pour the cake mix and the can of Coca-Cola No Sugar into a large bowl and mix until there are no lumps in the batter. Next, line a 9 x 13-inch pan with parchment paper, and pour the batter into the pan. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    2. Coco-Cola No Sugar Cake with strawberries and cream: This one will take a little more effort but trust us, you won't regret a single mouthful! For the ingredients, you'll need 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 can of Coca-Cola No Sugar, 1/2 cup of butter, cubed, 1/2 cup of canola oil, 1/4 cup of baking cocoa, 1.5 cups of miniature marshmallows, 2 large eggs, room temperature, 1/2 cup of buttermilk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. For the topping you'll need 2 cups of sour cream, 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 3 cups of sliced fresh strawberries. To make, preheat the oven to 350°F, grease a 13x9-inch baking pan, and in a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar and baking soda. In a large saucepan, bring the Coca-Cola No Sugar to a boil and cook until the liquid is reduced to 1 cup. This should take about 7-9 minutes. Then stir in the butter, oil and cocoa, and return to the boil, stirring occasionally. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the marshmallows until melted. Add this to the flour mixture, stirring until moistened. Then in a small bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla until blended. Add this to the flour mixture, whisking constantly. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, which should take about 30-35 minutes. You'll need to leave this to cool completely. Meanwhile for the topping, mix the sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth. To serve the cake, add the topping and chopped strawberries.
    3. Cherry Coca-Cola No Sugar Cake: Did someone say cherries?! For the ingredients, you'll need 1.5 cups of miniature marshmallows, 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 cup of butter, cubed, 1 cup of Coca-Cola No Sugar, 3 tablespoons of baking cocoa, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup of buttermilk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 3 tablespoons of cherry flavouring. For the frosting, you'll need 3/4 cup of butter, softened, 1 cup of confectioners' sugar, 1 jar (7 ounces) of marshmallow creme, 2 tablespoons of frozen cherry-pomegranate juice concentrate, thawed, and fresh sweet cherries with stems to decorate. Preheat your oven to 350°F, line the bottoms of 2 greased 9-inch round baking pans with parchment, and grease the paper. Divide the marshmallows between the pans, then whisk the flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, Coca-Cola No Sugar, cherry flavouring, and cocoa, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add this to the flour mixture, stirring until moistened. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla until blended, and add this to the flour mixture, whisking constantly. Pour the mixture into your prepared pans, dividing the batter evenly. (The marshmallows will float to the top.) Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, then cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks. Remove the paper and cool completely. For the frosting, beat the butter and confectioners' sugar in a small bowl until smooth. Beat in the marshmallow creme and juice concentrate on low speed until blended. Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread the top with one cup of frosting. Top with the remaining cake layer and spread with the remaining frosting, then decorate using the fresh cherries.
    4. Coca-Cola No Sugar Chocolate Mousse: This simple recipe ticks all the boxes; tasty, light, and just sweet enough to satisfy your sugar cravings. To make, you'll need 1 large egg, 1 egg yolk,1/4 cup of sugar, 2 packs of unflavoured gelatin4-6 tbsp of cold water, 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips, 250 ml of Coca-Cola No Sugar, 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, and a little extra whipped cream for decorating. Firstly, sprinkle the gelatin over a bowl with 4-6 tbsp of cold water and let it dissolve for a few minutes. Then, in a heat safe bowl over a double boiler, whisk together the egg, egg yolk, and sugar and cook for about 8 minutes until thick and creamy, whisking constantly. Warm up the gelatin and water mixture over a double boiler until it turns to liquid again, and add the egg mixture. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and add to the egg, sugar, and gelatin mixture. Let it cool at room temperature. Next, carefully whisk in the Coca-Cola No Sugar and place in the fridge for 10 minutes, until it begins to thicken. (You'll need to stir it about 2-3 times). Then, beat in the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, and add the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Spoon the mousse into 6 glass jars and cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Then decorate with the whipped cream, serve and enjoy!
    5. Coca-Cola No Sugar Pound Cake: On your shopping list, you'll need 1.25 cups of unsalted butter at room temperature, 2.5 cups of granulated sugar, 5 large eggs at room temperature, 1/4 tsp of salt, 3.25 cups of all-purpose flour, and 1 cup of Coca-Cola No Sugar. For the chocolate glaze you'll need 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, 1.5 cups of granulated sugar, 1/3 cup of Coca-Cola No Sugar, and 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. To make, preheat the oven to 325°F, lightly grease a standard Bundt pan, and set the pan aside. Using an electric mixer, add the butter and sugar and mix on medium speed for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low after each addition. Then add the salt and flour one cup at a time, mixing on low after each addition. Add the Coca-Cola No Sugar and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake at 325°F for 75-80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes and then invert onto a wire rack until completely cool. For the chocolate glaze, add the butter, sugar, and Coca-Cola No Sugar to a heavy-bottomed saucepan, and place over a medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until the mixture begins to boil. Once boiling, continue to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Then pour the glaze over the top of the Bundt cake, and let the cake and glaze cool fully before slicing.
